WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING HERE

At MAGNOTHERM, we are developing a revolutionary refrigeration technology that has the potential to eliminate up to 30% of energy demand and 100% of direct greenhouse gas emissions in this sector. Our vision is to provide the cleanest and most sophisticated cooling solutions to reduce climate impact and costs. • – You assemble the latest generation of refrigeration systems and prototypes that do not use traditional refrigerants at all. 
• – You will be jointly responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and repair of systems, including on site if necessary.
• – You will work on machines (CNC milling machine, conventional milling machine, lathe) and 3D printers with metals, plastics and wood.
• – You will carry out simple electrical work (cable assembly, simple soldering work).

WHAT YOU WOULD IDEALLY BRING TO THE TABLE

• – In the best case, you have a technical education (carpenter, model maker or mechanic of any kind).
• – Ideally, you have experience in and/or knowledge of working with machines.
• – You have a proactive, structured and conscientious way of working.
• – You are flexible and dynamic: you keep a cool head even in turbulent phases.
• – You are open-minded and enjoy working in an agile, appreciative team.
• – Ideally, you are proficient in German.

Even if you have no technical training, but a passion for technology, we would like to give you the opportunity to prove yourself.

We believe in science; we believe in the facts. Climate change is speeding up more than ever and we need to do something about it. We are convinced that we need better technologies to overcome this tremendous challenge – or more precisely: this tremendous threat to humanity. We are on a mission to decarbonize the refrigeration industry and reduce the 10% overall emissions caused by the 5 billion cooling devices currently deployed.
